Halloween Soup Gift-in-a-Jar (Vegetarian option)

And so begins gift-in-a-jar season!  Happy Fall!  I've created a gift-in-a-jar mix especially with Halloween in mind: Halloween Soup!  Both the presentation and the cooked soup have a mainly orange, black, and green color to really give it a Halloweeny look.  But, it's not just pretty to look at.  I think this soup is delicious and it's very healthy.  

So, if you're invited to a Fall Festival, costume party, or other Halloween celebration, don't show up empty-handed.  Take your host/ess a jar of Halloween Soup mix.  I think they'll really like it.
