I created this tag by cutting out a piece from a cardstock background page. I cut from the middle of the page so that I can still use the page as a background in a scrapbook layout and simply place a matted photo over the tag-shaped hole that I cut out. This way I get my tag project completely free and when I do a scrapbook layout later on, you won't even be able to tell that something is missing from the page. I'm very conservative with my craft supplies and I love to get multiple uses from one page. Let me show you how I did it.
