Honeybee, Daisy, & Ladybug Bead Charms

Sometimes, actually pretty often, inspiration comes from the beads themselves! :-)  I loved the patterns inside these beads, which to me clearly said "honeybee" and "ladybug".  So, that's what they become!  These adorable little bead charms are so quick and easy! I'll show you how I made them both, and a beaded daisy charm too!

Beaded Barefoot Sandals

My personal favorite!! These are beautiful Summer foot jewelry for wearing at the pool or on the beach. They're also great for beach weddings. These were one of my most popular crafts locally.  I had lots of orders for these.  They can be as fun or as elegant as you want them to be, depending on the beads you choose.  You can use fun, colorful beads, beads to match your swimsuit, even glow-in-the-dark beads!  Or make them more elegant for weddings by choosing pearl and/or crystal beads. Maybe even add in some flowers and lace!! UPDATED Wire Rose Pendant

The original "Wire Rose Pendant" video was my very first video. I wasn't yet aware of what y'all really wanted to see.  I had sped up the wire wrapping part of the video thinking that I should keep the video from being quite so lengthy.  But I got several comments from viewers saying they would like to see it in real time.  So I made this video.  The wire wrapping portion is now shown in real time.  Other than that, it is exactly the same video.  Thanks to everyone who commented to let me know what you want to see.  I appreciate and welcome the feedback.  Keep watching, keep commenting, and always stay Craftie, friends. ou

"Exploding Straws" Fireworks Decorations

These inexpensive "Exploding Straws" fireworks decorations are very quick and easy to make.  Make these to decorate your yard or patio for your 4th of July party!  I think they would also be great incorporated into a string of patio lights for a cool nighttime effect.  Also, if you can't find the straws in the colors you want, you can just do them with plain white straws and spray paint them any color of your choice afterwards. These are so much fun!
