Bullet Bead Charm

Am I a redneck woman?.....   Yeah, maybe a little. lol.  I'll show you how I made a charm from a spent bullet casing.  This spent bullet casing was from my first target practice when my husband bought me my first handgun as a birthday gift a couple years ago.  This year, I'm celebrating my birthday by turning that bullet casing into a colorful and sparkly jewelry charm.  Who says redneck women can't be girly too?  Right?  lol.  Really all I had to add was one teardrop bead to replace the slug.  For my redneck side, I made this for myself for my upcoming birthday, but... this would be good for Father's Day too! ;-)  ...to commemorate a target practice session like I did, or a successful hunt, or just to celebrate a love of marksmanship.  I used a 10mm x 14mm colorized faceted teardrop bead in place of the slug in my .380 bullet casing. This is easy to adjust.  Just try different sizes of teardrop beads until you find what fits, depending on the caliber of your bullet.
