Spring Leaf Napkin Folding (2 Ways)

I'll show you 2 different ways to do a Spring leaf napkin fold.  Both are quick and easy to do. One requires a clip or holder of some sort and the other does not.  They look very similar, only slight differences.  Let me know which is your favorite.
