Stocking Stuffer Mini Gift Basket
This mini basket filled with stocking stuffer treats makes a wonderful gift for co-workers or other associates at Christmas. You could quickly and affordably put together several of these for co-workers, church members, bosses, teachers, etc. It also makes a great hostess gift. You could even change the candy to such as bubble gum, ring pops, M&M's, etc., swap the coffee packets for Nestle Quik, and add in a couple small toys for a children's gift basket. So may possibilities!

Gift-in-a-Jar Gift Set
From all the gift-in-a-jar mixes that we've done, I chose three to put together into a Christmas gift set. I included a Chicken Noodle Soup Gift-in-a-Jar, a Coconut Crunch Cookie Mix Gift-in-a-Jar, and a Hot Chocolate Gift-in-a-Jar. This way the recipient has a complete meal including dinner, dessert, and a drink so they can take a day off from cooking after a hectic holiday season. I love giving these and I always make one for myself. I like having these prepped ahead so I can take a day off after the holidays too. Happy crafting, happy gifting, and Merry Christmas to you all!

Chicken Noodle Soup Gift-in-a-Jar
Everybody loves chicken noodle soup and anybody would love to receive this instant mix as a gift at Christmas or any time of the year. This is actually the same recipe from my Leftover Turkey Noodle Soup Gift-in-a-Jar at Thanksgiving last year. The only difference is that the recipient will add chicken instead of turkey. I wanted to make this new recipe labeled simply as Chicken Noodle Soup, and not geared toward any specific holiday, since a lot of people may only find the other one when searching specifically for Thanksgiving recipes. This recipe is SOOOooo delicious and I want to make sure that everyone can find it easily all throughout the year. You really have to give this a try.

Beaded Icicle Earrings
These earrings are done the same way as my Beaded Icicle Christmas Ornament, only smaller and done with AB crystal beads rather than large acrylic beads. How cute for Christmas and all Winter long!

Beaded Icicle Christmas Ornament
My beaded icicle ornament couldn't be easier! And it sparkles beautifully in the lights from the tree! All it takes is a few beads, an iridescent tinsel stem, and some beading string to hang it by. And it's all held together with a little bit of E-6000. So simple! It's a great project to get the kids involved in. You can make a bunch of these in no time and have a full set for your tree or give them as gifts. Maybe attach them to gift packages. This would also be cute as a rear view mirror ornament. Like I always say, you're only limited by your imagination. Have fun and Merry Christmas everyone!

Angel Napkin Folding
The traditional bow tie napkin fold becomes angel wings. And the same fold, shifted to one end rather than centered on the napkin, becomes the robe of the angel. Beautiful for Christmas!

Clear Gift Tags
Clear gift tags are a great way to add a unique touch to your gifts, and a great way to recycle product packaging. Also, these don't have to be just for Christmas. These would be really great on gifts all year long. Birthdays, weddings, baby showers, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, the possibilities are endless. Let me know if you have any other ideas. Also, let me know if you would like to see me do more videos featuring clear gift tags for other occasions.

Beaded Christmas Wreath Pendant
This beaded Christmas wreath pendant is spectacular with it's little red bow and tiny silver bell. I am just so proud of the bow and the bell! The bell is made using a tiny silver filigree bead cap, a bugle bead as a spacer and a ball head pin. The bow is made from two heart beads and a seed bead. All simple and common components, but when they all come together they make a stunning little wreath. Let me show you how I did it.

CELEBRATE JESUS Christmas Card
This card has a beautiful and fun message reminding us to focus on what really matters during the busy Christmas season. Never let the season get so busy and hectic that you forget to celebrate Jesus or catch snowflakes on your tongue. Keep it meaningful. Keep it simple. Keep it fun. Merry Christmas and many blessings to you all!
Feel free to print my PDF page which has four card fronts. Just cut in half lengthwise and again in half widthwise. This will create four fronts that measure 41/4" x 5 1/2" which is the full size of an A2 size card, or you can trim it as I did to show a matted border.

Poinsettia Napkin Folding
Decorate your Christmas place settings with beautiful poinsettia napkin folds with delicious candy treats as the flower center.
You can also use this same napkin fold but change up the colors to create many different looks. Keeping in the Christmas theme, and removing the candy center, you could do these in white to create simple snowflake napkins. Maybe a light blue or silvery gray napkin to create a Christmas star. You could use yellow to create sunflowers, white for daisies, or any other flower color. Pastel flowers would be great for Spring time gatherings, such as Mother's Day.
This is as versatile as the paper bag crafts. Be sure to check those out too. So far we've made Paper Bag Snowflakes and Paper Bag Poinsettias for Christmas, and Paper Bag Sunflowers for Thanksgiving.

Gift-in-a-Jar Ornament
This little gift-in-a-jar Christmas tree ornament is an adorable representation of the real gift-in-a-jar mixes that we love to exchange at Christmas time and the recipe in this one is SNOW! So cute! This is definitely one of my favorites. I did get this idea from an ornament I saw in the store at Walmart, but what I love about making my own is the freedom to change up things like the fabric and ribbon, the cute little customized tag, and anything you want to change or add to make it match your style or your decor.

Chocolate Covered Cherry Christmas Mice
You won't believe how quick and easy these chocolate Christmas mice are to make. They are super simple but they have huge impact! Bring these as your contribution next time you attend a Christmas party or serve them at your own party. They are sure to impress!
And don't think you can only make these at Christmas time. Get Craftie and think of what other party themes might involve mice... Cinderella... Three Blind Mice... or my childhood favorite: The Secret of Nimh! And I'm sure there are so many more! (But, if you serve these to children, be sure to use pitted cherries to prevent choking.)
Besides Christmas, what party theme would you use these with?

Red Hat Snow Lady Bead Charm
Isn't she cute?! I know, I did a version of a snow woman last year in my Snowman Bead Charms video. But I received these adorable little red hat beads as a gift and I knew right away that I wanted to make a snow lady who is a member of the Red Hat Society. How fun! She's all dressed up in her red and purple colors. I think she's positively lovely! 😍

How To Re-Size Gift Boxes (No Measuring!)
You'll love this quick trick to re-size your gift boxes for Christmas, birthdays, or any occasion. No more searching the store for a box in the perfect size or shape. Create your own! The best part is there is no measuring involved! Easy peasy! I've used this trick many many times when I don't have a box that's just right. It's so easy to create a box about half the size of your original, or even half the width for a long narrow box which you may not even be able to find in the store. You get two full hinged-lid boxes from every one.. one from the original box bottom and one from the lid.

Santa Gift Bag
Decorate your Christmas gift bags and treat bags to make gift giving a little more fun. This one is a Santa version, but there are so many possibilities with this! Not only at Christmas, but you can do this for any occasion. You could do a character to match a child's birthday party theme such as a princess for a little girl, like my Snow White Treat Bag & Party Favor. Or a superhero for a little boy. You could match ANY theme, for birthdays, baby showers, holidays, or any occasion. Let the occasion or theme be your inspiration and get Craftie! Have fun and Merry Christmas!

Glittery Leaves Fall Card
My first cardmaking project using die cuts made with my Cuttlebug! I used my Cuttlebug and Fall leaf shaped dies with glitter paper in copper, gold, and rose gold to create beautiful leaves as the main feature on the front of the card. I popped those up on foam tape to give them some dimension. Inside I stamped a "Happy Thanksgiving" sentiment. You could also use this design for an invitation for Thanksgiving dinner or any Fall gathering. It's a simple design but I think the glitter and dimension have a big impact. Happy Fall!

Paper Bag Snow Flakes
I just couldn't wait to get started with Christmas videos. Here's a fun one for decorating that I think you guys will like. These snowflakes are a simple way to get big impact if you're decorating a large space for a Christmas party! A great project to get the kids involved with. So fun!
If you're decorating a smaller space and don't want them quite so large, try to find smaller snack/treat size paper bags and you can make smaller adorable snowflakes! Punch out some shapes along the edges of the bags before you glue them together for an added design. You might could try doing this with red paper bags to create large Poinsettia flower decorations! Ooh! I think I might try that one!!! (Let me know if you guys want to see it and I'll make a video. 😁) These could even be done in pastels as flowers if you're decorating for a Springtime event. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination! Let me know which of these ideas you want to see me make another video for and I'll be happy to do it. Also, be sure to let me know if you have any ideas that I haven't thought of. I'd be glad to give those a try too.

"Poison" Caramel Apples
Make your caramel, candy, or chocolate covered apples look like "poison" apples simply by adding black food coloring. Very fun for Halloween! I added black sanding sugar for sparkle.. actually I added blue, purple, and black but they absorbed the dye from the caramel so it all ended up black. So I'd suggest just getting black only if you want to add sparkle to your apples. If not, they are just as spooky and "poisonous" without sparkle. Have a safe and fun Halloween!

Apple Trick-or-Treat Bundles
Viewer suggestion! Thanks so much to Beth for suggesting apple trick-or-treat bundles in response to last year's pumpkin trick-or-treat bundles. What a cute idea! The leaf would be perfect as a name tag for your special trick-or-treaters. I think you'll like the little trick for creating that leaf tag.
These bundles are not only great for trick-or-treaters. These would also make great treats as place cards at each person's seat for Thanksgiving dinner. Another fun idea would be to give these as party favors at any Fall Festival or Harvest Party type of gathering. I think I thought of another idea just now as I was typing this, for a themed birthday party favor! I might do another video on that soon! 😉

Mundane Morning ~ Welcoming Fall
Good Mundane Morning Crafties! I haven't given you guys a Mundane Morning post in a while. My apologies. Things have been pretty busy on the Craftie homefront.
I must say, I'm happy to see Summer coming to an end. I LOVE the transition into Fall. Fall is one of my most favorite times of year and I have so been looking forward to this. We aren't quite into the full swing of Fall, but the transition has definitely begun. There's a little chill in the night time hours and still a bit of a nip in the air come morning. Dark comes earlier. The leaves are beginning to change. The foggy, blustery, rainy nights are becoming more frequent. It's time to start thinking about sweaters, hot apple cider, pumpkin spice, slow simmered stews, evening movies, and all-day indoor crafting. There is nothing I don't absolutely love about this time of year. 🤗🍂🍁🌾
I've begun planning Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas parties. And along with that, I'm thinking about what I might craft for these events. I am one to always have a theme for my parties and I get so excited planning the crafts, decorations, and menus to coordinate with the theme. More on that as we get closer to the holidays.
But for now, I'm working on Halloween craft videos. I've got a couple more coming up for you all on Friday and Saturday, and maybe one non-Halloween craft for Sunday. I'm most excited about the one that I have for Friday. It's Halloweeny, and creepy, and so cool. It's a bead project and I think you guys are really gonna like it.
If you guys have any questions or suggestions for me you can comment here, on my Craftie Facebook page, or the Facebook group "Craftie Minds".
I'll be updating you guys on what type of crafts you can expect and all the Craftie goings on. I'm still trying to get into the routine of the Mundane Morning blog post, but I am definitely working on it. Let me know which Craftie social media platform is your favorite and why.
Until next time friends, stay Craftie! 😉
