Life Update 2025

 

I've been gone from YouTube for quite some time (over a year). Watch my YouTube video here to catch up on everything that has been going on in my world. HUGE Dollar Tree Haul

How to Flatten Bottle Caps with a Cuttlebug

 

So cool and so much fun!  I was hesitant to risk the safety of my Cuttlebug for this but it works great!  No problems at all.  In fact it was easier to crank through than regular cutting with dies!  It's super easy and now I only need to purchase open bottle caps but I still have the option of using them either open OR flat.  In my YouTube video I'll show you how I did it and show you the Cuttlebug plate sandwich that I used to perfectly flatten my bottle caps.  I had a blast trying out this process and I can't wait to get started on some crafts with bottle caps!

2020 Review

Arteza Chalk Markers

I LOVE these new chalk markers and chalkboard from Arteza and I think you will too!  They are so opaque and vibrant ..and so many color options!  I had a lot of fun with these and I plan on getting more of the chalkboards to use for different purposes.  They come in large, small, in between, and even an stand-up version!  They would be great for menu boards, scripture boards, store lists, reminders, party signs, etc.

2019 Review

Hummie

Today, I had the most precious experience!  I held a hummingbird for the first time.  The poor little thing is late for migration and she fell from the feeder, cold and motionless.  I held her until she warmed up enough to fly.  

I'm so glad my husband was there to capture photos and video.  I just had to share my experience with my viewers.

Product Review ~ Arteza Premium Watercolor Set, Detail Brushes, & Expert Watercolor Pads

I was so pleased with all of these products.  The Arteza Premium Watercolors are intensely pigmented.👍  The mini detail paint brushes are great for small detailed painting, such as stamped images in card making👍.  And the Expert Watercolor Paper stands up to the wetness of water painting without warping or wearing away.👍  Three thumbs up! 👍👍👍
