Christmas Lamp Post Home Decor

I made this beautiful Christmas Lamp Post with Dollar Tree items, thrift store finds, and salvaged materials.  I love lighted decor, especially at Christmas time and this one is gorgeous and very inexpensive to put together.  It also goes together pretty quickly.  This is definitely one of my new favorites.

Drinking Straw Candle Holder

Here's a quick little Pinterest-Inspired craft for you.  All you'll need is a glass candle holder with straight sides and a bunch of drinking straws.  You can use many colors as I have or select a specific color or color scheme.  These are so quick and easy, a great craft for the children to help with.  They are really cute for outdoor Summer gatherings, pool parties, cookouts, etc.

Glowing Snowmen

Glowing snowman decorations are a great way to a a festive touch to your home decor at Christmas time.  I made these from glass globes, Christmas lights and men's socks! :-)  I used black aquarium gravel for the "coal" and a variety of other detail elements.  You can really add the extra touches in your own way.  You don't have to use the items that I did.  Get Craftie and see if you can come up with new ideas for the hats, scarves, and other finishing touches.  You're limited only by your imagination.  In my YouTube video, I'll show you how I made this adorable snow family.  It's easier than you might think.
